How do I create an account?

RepairMinder is currently in early access. Contact us at hello@repairminder.com to request access.

How do I reset my password?

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. You will receive a password reset email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact support.

How do I manage push notifications?

In the iOS app, go to Settings → Notification Preferences. You can enable or disable specific notification types individually. You can also manage notifications via iOS Settings → RepairMinder → Notifications.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@repairminder.com with your account email address and request account deletion. We will process your request within 48 hours and confirm when complete.

What devices and browsers are supported?

The iOS app requires iOS 17 or later. The web dashboard works in all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and protected with mandatory two-factor authentication. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
